| MVR Fee Structure (as of 7-6-2010) | |

Due to significant changes in fees charged by various states to access their Motor Vehicle Records,
Asset Control will be changing our fee structure for MVR's, effective July 6, 2010. Instead of the
flat $15 fee for any state requested, there will now be a $10 service charge PLUS the state fee for all MVR requests.

change will be to clients in Oklahoma, where the state just raised their fee to $28! These state fee increases
have made it impossible for us to provide an average cost/flat fee for all MVR's, and has prompted us to make this change.
In combining the service fee with the state fee, most states will notice their overall price is increasing, however a few
of you will notice that your price will actually go down.
Over the years, Asset Control has done our best to provide cost saving solutions for all of your background screening needs. As states and courts across the country continue to struggle with budget shortfalls, they try to gain revenue by raising their fees. But Asset Control promises to continue searching for better and more cost effective ways to provide you with the information you need, when you need it, at the best possible price... without compromising accuracy.
